Hello! I am year 1 PhD student, and the importance of coding to visualize information and analyze data is so important to me at this stage of my learning. Unfortunately, as someone with no coding background at all, it has been difficult (and intimidating!!) to source for codes that work for my research question and to improve

 data visualization. 

Don't we all face this problem where codes are scattered all over different websites and we have to painfully google and troubleshoot every single line?

So this it my little blog to post the codes that I have painfully sourced and write down explanations which was too amateur for everyone else on the internet but I never understood.

I use R (and occasionally C++) to analyze a variety of datasets. I have experiences with HiC, RNA Sequencing as well as Single Cell RNA Sequencing. Feel free to connect with me and we can discuss more!
